The staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel premises were spacious, both inside and outside, allowing us plenty of room to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We especially loved the large pool, perfect for a refreshing swim on a hot day.

The inside games room could use some freshening up, as it seemed a bit outdated. the language barrier was a bit of a challenge, as only one person at the reception spoke decent English.

The room and conference facilities were good and convenient for me, since I did not have to travel. Food was good but not exceptional. I also liked that I could rent a laptop and internet connection for 5€ for the whole weekend. Front desk staff was very helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a short drive to a shopping center. The hotel had its charm and the pool and grounds were spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the bed in my room was very comfortable. I also appreciated that dogs were allowed in the garden.

Most admin staff very friendly - Breakfasts were fine. Pool areas and grounds were the best part. They reserved quiet room with Balcony and quite good view, as we requested.

Arri for evening meal about 8.30 ( 22 E each) Maybe was late for them, they served us our steak with small amount of potatoe, went to get veg etc and there wasn't any left. Had to ask for cheese for afters as this wasn't on buffet either. Shld have everything, if still serving dinner. Room decor poor - was not as clean as should be - under bed was very dirty - do not expect to be cleaned under bed evryday at all, but on first day of stay, it should be clean! Decor needs doing (Rm 215 Didn't complain as we were out most of days) Hotel situ - should be made bit clear how near (within walking dist) it is to restaurant/bars etc. Not much within walking distance and although you can get to Lakeside, there isn't much to do there in evenings.

Excellent grounds and swimming pools, hotel room was also very comfortbale.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the lake, making it easy to catch boats to Desenzano or explore the rest of the lake area. It is also within walking distance to some local restaurants in town, providing options for dining out. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. the staff is friendly and accommodating, willing to arrange taxis for guests in the evening.

The hotel is a bit far from the bustling town of Desenzano and its vibrant bars and restaurants, which may not suit everyone's preference.

The poolarea was great. Big, enough with sunbeds, two pools. That was the main Reason, why we chose this hotell and were not disappointed. The Hotelroom was quite little with two children. We have a one without balkony or terass. The Breakfest was really good. Poolbar personal not so friendly, but ok.

Near the Hotel were quite little. We had a car, so it didn't matter. To bigger places like Garda, Sirmione, Salo, were just some 15 to 30 minutes to drive.

The Tv is really small, the breakfast is poor, the kitchen and the staff was not kind, the air condition old and noisy

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to the shopping center. I also appreciated being able to easily access Lake boats to explore the rest of the beautiful lake area. The service at this hotel was top-notch, from the attentive room service to the efficient housekeeping and laundry services. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities and heating, which ensured my comfort during my entire stay. The dining options were impressive, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area that served delicious meals and drinks.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Clean good value hotel with good swimming pool facilities.

Breakfast was a disappointment.

Charming mix of countryside environment with all Lake Garda attractions. The hotel is clean and quiet.

Nice surrounding area with trees and green lawns, and two well-maintained pools. Breakfast included fresh fruit and a DIY egg station, which was enjoyable.

Our room was outdated and not very clean. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a broken toilet seat and a very dirty shower.

Rooms a little bit dated but two pools and good breakfast compensate for it.

Excellent kitchen, not too crowdy, relaxing near to the pool. very nice and very big swimming pool. Clean rooms and good airco.

Location: beach nearby is not that attractive, not many shops around.
